Calculus III is the study of multivariable calculus; vector calculus, cylindrical and spherical coordinates, partial differentiation, directional derivatives and the gradient, multiple integration, line and surface integrals, Green's Theorem, Stokes' Theorem, and the Divergence Theorem. Prerequisite: MATH 2414 with a grade of "C"or better or approval of the division chair of Mathematics and Engineering. Four class hours per week. Credit: Four semester hours.
