This course provides students with skills needed to produce vector and raster-based graphics. Students gain a thorough understanding of the nature of vector and raster-based digital file development, as well as an indepth study of the applications used to create them. Projects and assignments focus on an exploration and understanding of the applications, applying color, tools, techniques and printing options. Prerequisite: CMPA 100 or CMPA 110.
