This course will give the student an understanding of basic human anatomy and how it functions in relation to movement, injury prevention, teaching and performance. Individual structural differences and how these affect movement protential will also be studied. There will be an emphasis on the kinesiological analysis of movement with the goal of increased efficiency, enhanced performance and injury prevention.
