Prerequisite: EDU 312, ENG 102. Corequisite: EDU 363. This course will examine methods for teaching reading to students including the use of diagnostic and descriptive procedures using individual and group reading instruction. The course will examine the study and procedures currently used in the field and the factors related to the diagnosis, assessment, and remediation of reading difficulties. This course is ESOL infused. 3 credits.
