Students examine the biological, psychological, and sociological factors which contribute to the development and functioning of human adjustment. Current psychological theory is interpreted in the context of adjustment. The foundations of maladjustment are also investigated as are the methods that are used to assess and alleviate adjustment difficulties. Prerequisite: PSYCH 101 (with a minimum grade of C).
