Students are taught the basic techniques of marketing research and develop skills in using research data to make marketing decisions. Topics include: the formulation and design of marketing research; the data collection process; data analysis; and the applications of research in the planning process. This course also makes use of computer-aided research methods. Prerequisites: BUS 202 and MKT 200 (both with a minimum grade of C).
