This course focuses on administrative theory, research, and practice in early childhood/elementary education programs. Leadership dimensions, organizational form, motivation, planning, conflict management, program valuation, and school-community relations are examined. Students work with program directors to get a sense of administrative/supervisory roles. Prerequisites: EDU 202, EDU 220, and EDU 248
