Description:
Students investigate a conceptualization of creativity for promoting the artistic, musical, and kinesthetic growth of young learners within the context of an integrated curriculum. Special attention is paid to the responsibilities of the general classroom teacher for addressing these dimensions of growth through a variety of subject matter areas and for the diversity encountered in the inclusive classroom. Prerequisites: EDU 202 and EDU 220.

This course requires a Criminal Background Check and Child Abuse Clearance. Out of state residents are also required to have an FBI fingerprint check. NO STUDENT MAY BEGIN CLASS WITHOUT EACH OF THE REQUIRED CLEARANCES. Applications are available in Room 338 and take 4 - 6 weeks to process.
