The goals of this course are to provide the student with a thorough understanding of orthopedic evaluation as well as common athletic injuries related to the upper extremity. Other topics of study include, but not limited to, specific conditions related to the upper extremity, systematic evaluation procedures, differential diagnosis, and documentation procedures. As a measurable outcome of this course, the student must demonstrate success outcomes (70% or higher) on all exams and written assignments.
