This course is designed to give the student a more complete understanding of the relevant principles and applications which are utilized in forensic science. Specific examination techniques for a wide range of evidence prevalent in the modern crime lab are also examined. The student gains an understanding of the intricate and symbiotic relationship between forensics science and criminal law. Prerequisites: BIO 105/115 and CJ 101.
