A study of the philosophic and practical basis of curriculum design for individuals who require intermittent, limited, extensive of pervasive supports throughout the life cycle. The curricular approach focuses on identifying and determining the skills necessary for individuals with disabilities to function successfully in a variety of environments. Curricular planning that incorporates student access to the general education curriculum is embedded in this course.
