American Red Cross Course. Upon completion of this course participants will be certified in Lifeguard Training, Standard First Aid and CPR for the professional rescuer. Prerequisite: Participants must be able to swim 20 lengths of the pool, tread water for 2 minutes and retrieve a 10 pound weight from the bottom of the pool. 2 credits - 30 hours
