This third-level audio engineering course focuses on the most challenging and rewarding part of a recording session: "the mix." Mixing sessions involve advanced training in signal processing. Students will have intensive instruction on advanced engineering skills. The SSL Automation will also be discussed in depth. Course meets off campus at KAJEM Recording Studios. Prerequisites: COM 394 and 395. Course fee. 3 credits
