(HUMA 2319) Sociological perspectives on the dynamics of racial and ethnic relations focusing on social structure, group interaction processes, group inequality, cultural diversity and gender relations within and between groups. Uses sociological-historical analysis, gendered analysis, social theory/research to study Native Americans, African Americans, Asian Americans, Latinos, and European Americans.
