Continuation of theory and process for generalist social work practice. Builds on content from SOWK 3223, including further development of interviewing, assessment, and recording skills. Includes in-depth study of small group and family dynamics, skills, and techniques in mediation and leadership, evaluation of intervention effectiveness at multiple levels. Prerequisite: SOWK 3223.
