May include tours of manufacturing facilities, manufacturing-related companies, design facilities, retail stores, shopping centers, manufacturer's showrooms, trade associations, and auxiliary enterprises. Permission of the instructor required for enrollment. May be repeated twice for credit. One lecture and six laboratory hours a week. Credit: Three hours.
