Develops knowledge, skills and strategies for teaching the philosophical underpinnings, analysis and evaluation of the content area art. Developmentally appropriate activities and teaching strategies will be developed for the K-12 population. The integration of the general educational goals of literacy and comprehension will be incorporated into the unique art activities of interpretation and critique. Three lecture hours a week. Credit: Three hours.
