An examination of the theory and practice of leadership principles particularly in relationship toministry in the local church and para-churchministries. Leadership principles are examined frommultiple fields of leadership practice (business, church, education, sociology, philosophy, etc.) in an attempt to expose students to best practices that can be applied to their current and future roles as Christian leaders in the church and their community. Among the topics that are covered are selfassessment techniques, personality traits, parliamentary procedures, recruitment,motivation, retention principles, goal setting, vision development, and timemanagement.
