A study of principles and methods for effectively ministering to children and youth in the in-between years of 10-13. The course will include a study of developmental needs, age-appropriate ministry programming, and fellowship. Methods such as games, activities and big events, music, retreats, campus, Sunday School, small groups, drama and other methods will be taught as a means to accomplish spiritual growth, doctrinal discipleship and leadership development.
