This is the clinical practicum component of Nursing 147. Includes care by the supervised student of women and infants in selected and approved areas of the hospital as well as outpatient areas. Focus is care of clients utilizing nursing care plans, which are based on the nursing process. Prerequisite: Admission to the nursing Program. Completion of 144, 145, 146. Concurrent enrollment in Nursing 147 or have passed 147 with a "C" or better to receive credit for this course.
