Through a series of classroom simulations, participants are evaluated on their potential as leaders and managers. Includes organizational behavior, leadership theories, management competencies, communication skills and physical fitness. Includes three (3) Leadership Labs and one (1) Field Training Exercise (Spring). Classes are conducted at PLU. Prerequisite: mS 212 or instructor's permission.
