Students will study poetic theory, read and analyze poetry by selected published authors, and write and critically discuss their poetry both with peers in a workshop format and with the instructor. This course was formerly known as WRIT 222, Creative Writing: Poetry. Prerequisite: 101 or WRIT 101 or instructor's permission.
