An introductory course intended for personal or career interest, this course will take the mystery and intimidation out of designing an interior whether it is a studio apartment or an entire house. Students will learn theories of design so as to enable manipulation of color, line, texture, form and space to create an aesthetic interior that is equally functional. Classes involve lecture, reviews of "magazine homes", and hands-on lab projects. Prerequisite: none.
