An in-depth study of all the functions and features of installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Office on the Microsoft Windows operating system. They include configuring Internet Explorer and Outlook Express; resolving issues related to customizing and personalizing the MS Office Applications suite; migrating from Outlook Express to Outlook; identifying and troubleshooting network problems; configuring Office security settings; and monitoring security vulnerabilities and updates. Prerequisite: CIS 108, CnA 112, and CIS 123.
