Includes 60-90 hours of structured observation, teaching preparation, teaching experience, and reflection in a P-12 setting in the added endorsement field. Includes a minimum of two observations by a university supervisor using the Washington State Performance-based Pedagogy Assessment. Field experiences and assignments will relate to the student's added endoresment area. Prerequisite: Acceptance to Added Endorsement Program; permission of instructor.
