Supervised and evaluated participation in the regular activities of an organizational setting for two days a week. In consultation with the instructor, the student is expected to prepare an analysis of the organization's social structure and interactional dynamics. Course meets in the seminar setting one hour per week. SOC 4850 requires that the student receive at least 200 clock hours of supervised experience. NOTE: Pass/Fail grading, Credit, 6 semester hours. Prerequisite: Instructor permission, with the approval of the Sociology Internship Coordinator and the Department Chair.
