This course seeks to explore both the causes and consequences of public policy, i.e., both policy determination and policy impacts. The former is concerned with political, economic, social, environmental or other factors which are hypothesized to be political determinants. The latter is concerned with social, economic, political, or other conditions which are hypothesized to be policy impacts. Credit, 3 semester hours. PREREQ: PSPA 1000 or 1010.
