Prerequisites: CIS 4360 This course is intended to make students aware of how software design decisions affect computer security issues. Common computer security problems will be discussed and students will be asked to write programs demonstrating how to avoid such problems. Special emphasis will be placed on web applications. Security testing will be discussed and students will be asked to use security testing techniques from class existing software products.
