Prerequisites: A grade of "C" or better in CTE 3515 or 3516 and 3201. Study of design trends in the twentieth century with an emphasis on fashion and textiles. Design practices and styles as a reflection of art, customs, popular culture, technological development, and economy of the twentieth century. Study of the relationship between design in fashion and design in architecture, furniture, interior, and other decorative arts.
