to provide a study of advanced food-and-beverage-establishment management. Students work with live operation managers to design and manage scheduling, menus, profit and loss statements, labor, events, budgets, and overall corporate goal expectations. Students also experience human resource management, safety and security, and facility maintenance. Students are assigned to individually managed events under the supervision of events managers.
