Prerequisite: Major status. A student registered for an individual study course must schedule at least one conference a week on campus. The student should bear in mind that the DIS requirements are the same as if he or she were attending a class for three hours a week for ten weeks. The minimum length of the paper will be thirty pages excluding footnotes and bibliography. HUM 4906r cannot count toward major coursework. May be repeated to a maximum of nine semester hours.
