Questions addressed on protein-DNA binding, protein domain structure and function, differential gene expression, protein localization. Techniques include genetic transformation, gel mobility shift assay, Western blot, Northern blot, PCR, RT-PCR, microarrays, immunolocalization, DNA sequencing.
