Experimental approaches in development and genetics using animal and plant models. Laboratory training in molecular genetics, immunochemistry, microscopy, protein chemistry, and genetic screening. Experiments include immunochemical localization, in situ hybridization, polymerase chain reaction, genetic screening, embryo micromanipulation, microscopic imaging, and mutant analysis.
