In this course, students will put into practice the conceptual framework of Teaching for Understanding. Applying the principles of Teaching for Understanding, students will be able to develop and implement units of instruction, and to investigate the impact these units have on learning. This course is designed as an action research course for teachers. This course is for M.Ed. students only and should be taken at the end of the Curriculum and Instruction program.
