This course will examine best practices and the application of current research on science and social studies pedagogy. This course is meant as an introduction to teaching science and social studies for new Early Childhood teachers. Both national and state content standards will be used to address planning, teaching, and assessing in science and social studies. This course is for Early Childhood MAT students only.
