This course is designed as a comprehensive institute for aspiring and current educational leaders. A variety of resources will be provided to give an overview of what demonstrates effective school leadership through the medium of foundational leadership course themes (honesty, inner coherence, courage, keen sense of justice, right use of power, and "for the common good") and personal transformational leadership principles. School/District-level performance-based field/lab exercises required.
