Attention is given to the creation of forms to facilitate these skills. Additional emphasis is placed on taking a thorough health history, documenting the client session (SOAP charting), and medical billing for services provided. Also included is an introduction to client ledgers and basic bookkeeping procedures. Course includes online component.
