This course covers the current status of technology that provides people with disabilities the opportunity to be a part of society by providing technological support for activities of daily living and/or vocational endeavors. The course will include theory and practice that covers how assistive technology is developed, who benefits from the technology, and how to facilitate access for persons with disabilities. Pre-requisites: REH 2301 and REH 3304.
