The students will spend 40 hours for one week in a clinic/hospital setting. This short exposure to a full-time clinical setting is designed to permit the student to engage in patient evaluation and treatment while under the direct supervision of an occupational therapist and to develop a better understanding of the roles of other health care providers. (40 clinical/laboratory hours for one week.) Prerequisite: Successful completion of all junior level courses in the OT curriculum.
