This course examines theories and techniques for therapeutic and recreational use of music with learning disabled and other physically and mentally challenged children. The application of keyboard, Autoharp, and tuned and untuned classroom instruments is studied. Field experiences are included in this course. Prerequisite: MUS 1301 or the consent of the instructor. (Two hours per week.)
