This course examines management styles as they relate to productivity levels and current health care trends as they relate to staffing and productivity levels. It also focuses on conflict resolution, planning and operating an OT clinic, and quality assurance. This is a problem-based course. (One lecture hour and four laboratory hours per week.) Prerequisite: Successful completion of all junior level courses.
