This course examines current and emerging global trends and the variety of challenges manages face in a rapidly changing environment. This course focuses on cultural and other societal influences on a variety of management topics including but not limited to perception, motivation, communication, behavior, leadership, decision-making, human resource development, and strategic thinking across a variety of geographical settings. Additionally, this course will examine the complexity of dealing with peers, managers, and leaders from different nations, cultures, and ethnic backgrounds at all levels in an organization. Prerequisite: MGT 3321.
