This course examines management issues in contemporary organizations. The course is based around a generated list of topics that are at the forefront of discussion in management studies. The topics will alter as contemporary issues change. Examples of topics may include great ideas in management, emerging trends and changes in the global, political, legal, socio-economic, and cultural environments of business, learning organizations, creating knowledge workers, and managing technologies, among other topics. It aims to provide students with an opportunity to explore the latest topics in the field of management and to develop an enquiring mind for life-long learning. Prerequisite MGT 3322
