In this course students will explore how to apply basic business management principles to health promotion programs. In the context of health promotion they will examine the foundations and principles for making business decisions, organizational structure and employee supervision, practical applications of marketing techniques, and basic financial operations. The course will utilize case studies and practicum experiences to help students apply what they are learning about administering health promotion programs. Prerequisite: PED 4331.
