The course builds on previous student exposure to information technology with particular focus on database design and development. Students will develop entity-relationship models and a logical design for a system of moderate complexity. A physical system implementing this design will be constructed using a database management system. Prerequisites: MIS 1380 or CSC 1306, and C's or better in ENG 1301, ENG 1302, and MAT 1312.
