A student may make application for independent study on a semester project in the major area. Such study requires the approval of the department head and two professors under whom the student hastaken courses at the 3000 level or above. (Open to juniors and seniors.) A student should not take this course in lieu of any other course offered in this department. Prerequisites: ENG 3302, 3306 and 3307.
