This course is a continuation of CLS 3401, basic hematology and coagulation. It is designed to provide the theory and laboratory experiences relating to the detection, identification and pathophysiology of blood cell dyscrasia. (Two two-hour lectures per week; two two-hour laboratory periods per week.) Prerequisites: CLS 2402 and acceptance into the professional phase of the CLS program.
