This studio course is a continuation of the development of fundamental painting techniques. Students become proficient in advanced and experimental applications. The development of the student's personal vision, imagination, and originality is encouraged. Experimentation with texture, mixed-media, composition, canvas shape, 2- and 3-dimensionality through painterly explorations will be expected. Prerequisite: ART 2331. (Five hours per week)
