The primary objective of this course is to introduce students to basic quantitative methods for managerial decision making. Topics include mathematical programming and linear, integer, and goal programming, advanced inventory control models, network theory, queueing models, Markov processes, simulation, and game theory. Computer applications play a basic role in this course. Prerequisite: MATH 117, MATH 118, and junior standing. 3 semester hours
