This 3-credit course is part of the 15-credit co-op capstone program and must be taken in conjunction with two other courses: HM 400 Leadership Development Seminar and HM 402 Applied Hospitality Management Principles. In this course, students implement critical thinking skills as they assess themselves as well as other managers.
